In honor of safety/injury prevention month by introducing patrons to fitness formats which are easier on joints and accessibly to individuals recovering from injury. Ideally the event will incorporate Aqua Zumba and Aqua recovery.

*Ages 12-17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present with Youth Gym Authorization.
