Our custom framing services are tailored to meet a variety of needs. Whether you want to showcase cherished artwork from your travels or display family photos, we have you covered. We also specialize in creating unique gifts for military farewells and welcomes. Additionally, we offer custom matting for military patches and guidons, ensuring each piece is beautifully presented.

We also provide DIY framing and fine arts classes open to everyone, allowing you to create your own unique pieces of art. Our staff is always available to answer any questions, provide expert advice, and offer friendly assistance to help bring your ideas to life.

BINGO Stamp Card

 

Visit all facilities to obtain a stamp that corresponds to the letter of the Bingo Card. No purchase is necessary to receive a stamp. Visit all the facilities to complete a Bingo. Once completed drop off at participating facilities. Stop by Taiyo for a Bonus stamp and entry. Limit one per patron.

Entry Rules

  1. No purchase required to enter.
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid SOFA I.D. card.
  3. This contest is not open to staff or family members of the event sponsor, the MCCS Marketing Branch, MCCS Executive Branch, MCCS Counsel, MCCS Chiefs, MCCS Internal Control, as well as other MCCS Branches participating in the preparation, execution, or pro-motion of the event.
  4. Final date for entry is noted on promotional signs. No late entries will be accepted.
  5. Entries restricted to one per visit: only one prize per entrant. Mechanical/photographic reproductions of entry form will be disqualified.
  6. All prizes will be awarded; no substitutions or cash equivalents permitted.
  7. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Failure to claim your prize will result in forfeiture. You can only win once within a 30-day period. A valid SOFA I.D. card must be presented to claim prize.
  8. Drawing will be conducted by a disinterested party from all accumulated entries.
  9. By submitting an entry in the drawing, entrant consents to MCCS using winner’s name(s), address, likeness, and prize information in publications and media.
  10. Taxes, fees, and licenses, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  11. All prizes are generally non-transferable. Please contact MCCS Marketing at 098-970-2245 for further details.
  12. Winner is responsible for meeting the regulatory requirements of the vehicle and riding within the limits of the law.

Drawing for winners will be on January 7, 2026. Winners will be notified via email within the next week.

Ikebana Classes


Ikebana is a traditional Japanese art that has been practiced for over 600 years. It emphasizes on creating a perfectly balanced and formed arrangement of flowers and branches. Foster Arts and Crafts offers classes every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. During the class, you will learn to create your own arrangement and take it home with you. The classes are $95 per person for 4 sessions. Sign up and make your payment in person one week in advance.

Clay Shisa Classes

Make a clay shisa at Foster Arts and Crafts!

Shisa Classes are offered every Saturday at 9 a.m. Cost is $30 per a person, please sign up 24 hours in advance at Foster Arts & Crafts. 

Call 645-3674 to secure a spot. Payment must be submitted prior to attending the class.
