The program is intended to assist qualified families residing in Okinawa with purchasing a traditional holiday meal at little or no cost of their own. This program only utilizes DeCA gift cards received as donations. Donations can only be accepted in the form of DeCA gift cards ($50.00 or $25.00 denominations). Donations are accepted year-round and can be submitted to the Camp Foster, Marine and Family Programs, Personal and Professional Development - Resources office, building 445.
