Red Ribbon Week: Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug-Free

Red Ribbon Week: Life is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug-Free

Every choice you make is like a puzzle piece—building a stronger, sharper, mission-ready version of you. Staying drug-free isn’t just about following orders. It’s about dominating every aspect of Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF).

Marine Corps Total Fitness & Drug-Free Living

  • Social Fitness: Trust and teamwork suffer when drugs enter the picture.
  • Spiritual Fitness: Live by your values and stay aligned with your purpose.
  • Mental Fitness: The mission demands clear thinking. Stay sharp, stay drug-free.
  • Physical Fitness: Drugs impair performance, reaction time, and endurance.

How to Get Involved (October 23-31, 20-25)

  • Gear Up. Wear red—ribbons, shirts, hats. Show you’re all in.
  • Talk it Out. Start conversations with your unit family about why staying drug-free matters.
  • Sign the Pledge. Make it official:Red Ribbon Pledge Activities
  • Share Online. Use #LiveDrugFree and tag:
  • @RedRibbonWeek on Facebook/X
  • @RedRibbonCampaign on Instagram

The Bottom Line

Staying drug-free boosts readiness, mission success, and strengthens both families and units. When you rock red, share your “why,” and sign the pledge, you send a clear message:

We’re strong. We’re ready. We’re drug-free.

Let's build a mission-ready Corps—one good choice at a time.
