Check-In and Registration

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time (2 p.m.) are penalty free.
• Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the applicable room rate.
• Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable room rate.
• Reservations will be held until 7 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival unless the Customer notifies MCCS or KBR of a late arrival. Customers arriving after 1900 hours without prior notification may forfeit their reservation, and the assigned room may be released and reassigned by KBR based on availability and operational requirements.
• A reservation shall be classified as a “no-show” when the Customer fails to check in on the scheduled date of arrival without providing advance notice to MCCS or KBR. No-show charges shall equal one hundred percent (100%) of the total applicable lodging cost for the reservation, and the reservation will be canceled unless otherwise directed by the MCCS Facility Manager (FM) or designated MCCS authority.

Dog Friendly Rooms

• The customer must bring their dog’s vaccination record and present it at check-in.
• Size and quantity restrictions: A maximum of two (2) dogs per room, limited to small or medium breeds weighing 12 kg or less each.
• Behavior and training: Dogs must be fully house-trained and reliably under control, not prone to excessive barking, biting, jumping, or other disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Age requirement: Dogs must be at least six (6) months old.
• Health condition: Dogs must be in good health, free of infectious disease, and free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites.
• Vaccination and legal compliance: By making a reservation, the Customer affirms that their dog is properly vaccinated and maintained in accordance with all Japanese laws and dog ownership requirements, including rabies and combination vaccines as required in Japan. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring their dog remains compliant with Japanese regulations.
• Restrictions for female dogs: Female dogs may not stay during heat cycles (from onset through four weeks) or while pregnant.
