Aikido class includes warm-up exercises, cardio, core strengthening, and technique in a fun and fast-paced environment!

• Class Dates: May 5-28 | May 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28. 
• Time: 6:45-7:45 PM
• Location: IronWorks North dojo room
• Attire: White martial arts gi or long athletic pants and a long-sleeve shirt
• Open to all base personnel, ages 18 & older

Join with a $40 monthly pre-registration, or attend individual classes for $10 each—just scan the QR code in the classroom.
