Cancellation Policy
Cancel by February 1 - Full Refund
Cancel by February 27 - 60% Refund
Cancel by March 9 - 30% Refund
Cancel After March 10 - No Refund

Fine Print
25% deposit is due upon confirmation of reservation. Full payment due is by February 1, 2026. MCCS Tours + will make every effort to adhere to the itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make changes for reasons beyond our control or cancel the tour if the minimum of number is not met.

Valid Passport: A Leisure Passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months (beyond 01 October 2026) is required to sign up. No-Fee passports are not permitted.

Travel Insurance: This tour involves unique wild-life activities. We strongly advise all participants to secure travel insurance to cover
potential accidents or incidents. Pregnant individuals are required to present a physician's authorization for participation.
