MCCS Dining Services Pilot Program: Your Mess Hall Just Got Bigger!
Dining options for Marines and Sailors entitled to Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) are expanding beyond USMC mess halls to enhance QOL aboard installations across MCIPAC-MCBB.
E-5 and below Marines and Sailors attached to USMC units may redeem their SIK meal entitlement at the following MCCS dining facilities beginning in 2024.
The MCCS food trucks, Chef Shack and La Cocina, are operational and offer SIK-specific menus as part of the Mobile Feeding Pilot Program launched in October 2023.
Starting April 1, the SIK meal entitlement was expanded as part of the MCCS Dining Services Pilot Program. The SIK meal entitlement can be redeemed at participating facilities per the schedule below for one meal per person during lunchtime:
*SIK-eligible Marines and Sailors E-5 and below only. SIK-eligible Marines must scan their common access card at the register at participating MCCS dining facilities to receive their one authorized meal per person per lunch period, dine-in only.
