High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) – Building Stronger, More Resilient Marines
The Marine Corps High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Program is dedicated to advancing operational fitness, combat readiness, and total force resiliency. Every service we provide is grounded in the latest evidence-based performance training and injury-prevention strategies, ensuring Marines can perform at their peak while reducing the risk of preventable injuries.

From HITT classes and unit physical training to pregnancy and postpartum fitness, recovery programs, and injury prevention, our mission is to support the tactical athlete through every stage of their career and deployment cycle. We offer InBody body composition consultations, physical fitness assessments, BCP/RCP programming, sleep coaching, and unit-specific performance programming to help Marines meet and exceed Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Combat Fitness Test (CFT) standards.

Our team also delivers specialized training and education, including the HITT for Small Unit Leaders Course, Force Fitness Instructor (FFI) support, and performance clinics, empowering leaders to build stronger, faster, and more resilient units. Whether preparing for deployment, returning from operations, or striving for optimal day-to-day readiness, HITT provides the tools, programming, and coaching to maximize performance and support Marine Corps Total Fitness.

Statement: We encourage and support the participation of individuals of all abilities.  Please call MCCS Health Promotion at 645-3910 or email mccshealthpromotions@okinawa.usmc-mccs.org if you need any assistance or require an accommodation.
