Skills Covered: Instruction is tailored to individual abilities and training needs and may include water adjustment, breathing techniques, floating, treading water, swimming strokes, and water survival skills.

Class Schedule: Training schedules, locations, and session availability vary. Contact your local MCCS Aquatic Center or visit the registration page for current offerings.
