Triathlon Training Plans
Looking for a triathlon or similar training plan to help you reach your potential at your next race? MCCS has a custom training plan service designed to do just that! Plans are for 8 or 12 weeks, and can include swim, bike, and/or run workouts designed to get you to the start line in peak condition. Plans will be delivered online so you can access them anyplace, anytime. Weekly communication with the coach is included after the plan is established. Open to SOFA-status adults and youth 13-years old and older. At a minimum, a smart watch with GPS and a heart rate monitor chest strap or arm strap is highly recommended.
Cost:
- 8-week plan $200
- 12-week Plan $250
Private Coaching Sessions
MCCS is offering one-on-one coaching sessions for triathletes. These 30-minute sessions could include swimming, cycling, running, or related triathlon skills based upon your needs! Swim coaching will be held at MCCS Aquatic Centers. Open to SOFA-status adults and to youth 13-years old and older.
Cost:
- 30-minute session $50

MCCS Aquatics has a year-round swim lesson program for ages 18 months through adult (based upon instructor availability).
