Nutrition Education Consultation – Our one-on-one Nutrition Education Consultations are designed to help individuals build a foundation for healthier eating habits. These sessions offer general nutrition guidance, personalized support, and accountability to help you get started on your wellness journey. While we do not provide meal plans, we focus on practical strategies, goal setting, and empowering you to make informed food choices that align with your lifestyle.
*Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness – Our Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness service provides individualized fitness guidance for active-duty mothers-to-be and new mothers, helping them stay active, healthy, and confident throughout every stage of their journey. Using evidence-based programming, we design safe and effective workouts tailored to the unique needs of each trimester and the postpartum recovery period.
Our goal is to promote the health of both mother and baby, support physical and mental well-being, and assist in a safe return to pre-pregnancy fitness levels. Whether preparing for childbirth, maintaining strength during pregnancy, or rebuilding after delivery, participants receive expert instruction to enhance resilience, mobility, and overall readiness.
Body Composition Analysis Counseling – This one-on-one session reviews your InBody body composition results and provides personalized education and guidance based on your individual metrics. During the session, we discuss key measurements such as muscle mass, body fat, and hydration status. Based on your goals and results, we can offer follow-up support including nutrition counseling, fitness programming (for active duty only), or accountability strategies to help you stay on track.
Sleep Coaching – Our Sleep Coaching service offers personalized, one-on-one support to help individuals improve sleep quality, establish healthy routines, and optimize recovery. Using a structured, evidence-based approach, coaches assess lifestyle, behaviors, stress levels, circadian rhythm, and sleep environment. Coaching includes sleep education, behavioral strategies, stimulus control, chronotype alignment, and stress management techniques like mindfulness and breathwork. While not a medical service, it is ideal for those struggling with poor sleep habits or fatigue who want to improve rest and performance.
*Return to Readiness Program (R2R) – The Return to Readiness (R2R) program is a four-class educational series designed to support Marines enrolled in the Body Composition Program (BCP). The goal is to provide practical, evidence-based guidance on improving health, performance, and body composition through sustainable lifestyle habits. Each class focuses on a specific theme:

Class 1: Nutrition Fundamentals – Covers the basics of macronutrients, hydration, food quality, meal planning, and the importance of nutrient-dense eating. It emphasizes building balanced meals, understanding calories, and developing sustainable habits like meal prepping and food journaling.

Class 2: Metabolism & Exercise – Focuses on how metabolism works, the role of body composition, and the impact of calorie intake on energy levels and performance. It also introduces strength and cardiovascular training principles, recovery, and the dangers of under-eating. Goal setting and fitness logging are encouraged to track progress.

Class 3: Stress Management & Emotional Eating – Addresses how stress, emotions, and sleep impact eating behaviors and weight management. It highlights strategies to recognize emotional eating triggers, cope with stress effectively, and build mental resilience. Mindful eating, self-care, and emotional regulation are key focus areas.

Class 4: Follow-Up & Long-Term Maintenance – Serves as a check-in to evaluate progress, identify barriers, and reinforce healthy routines. Participants complete assessments and reflect on behaviors related to exercise, nutrition, and wellness. The class emphasizes consistency, accountability, and realistic strategies for maintaining long-term success.
