WARR (Warrior Athlete Readiness and Resilience)
Warrior Athlete Readiness & Resilience (WARR) – Developing the Modern Tactical Athlete
The Warrior Athlete Readiness & Resilience (WARR) Program is the Marine Corps’ premier human-performance initiative, designed to enhance operational fitness, reduce preventable injuries, and strengthen total force readiness. Every service and program we deliver is grounded in evidence-based performance training, human-performance science, and the principles of Marine Corps Total Fitness. Our mission is simple: to prepare Marines to train, fight, recover, and excel—through every stage of their career and deployment cycle.
WARR offers a comprehensive suite of services to support the tactical athlete, including:
- WARR Performance Training for individuals and units
- InBody body composition consultations
- WARR PaTH (Performance & Total Health) for BCP Marines
- Pregnancy (WARR-PHASE I) and Postpartum (WARR-PHASE II) Fitness Programs
- Sleep coaching and fatigue management education
- Recovery, mobility, and injury-prevention programming
- Performance assessments aligned with PFT/CFT demands
We also provide leader development and advanced education through:
- WARR Tactical Fitness Leadership Course (replacing the HITT SUL course)
- Performance clinics and movement-based workshops
- Support to FFIs and unit leadership to enhance safe, effective training across the Force
Whether preparing for deployment, returning from the operational environment, or striving to maintain peak day-to-day performance, the WARR Program equips Marines with the tools, coaching, and knowledge needed to reach and sustain their highest level of readiness.
