Camp Courtney Flea Market is adjacent to the commissary and the Post Exchange aboard the base.
From Camp Kinser-travel north on Hwy. 58 and turn right on Hwy. 81 just before Camp Foster. Continue on this road (which will turn into Hwy. 330 and then into Hwy. 75) through Uruma City past the Camp Courtney's main gate on the right to the next signal light and turn left to Camp Courtney's commissary side. Enter the gate and follow the road around to the front of the Courtney commissary, then turn left through the commissary parking lot and drive up to the cash register at the large big top canopy.
From Camp Foster, exit the Legion gate (Gate 6) then turn left onto Hwy. 330 and continue on this road through Uruma City past the Camp Courtney main gate on the right to the next signal light and turn left to Camp Courtney’s commissary side. Enter the gate and follow the road around in front of the commissary then turn left through the parking lot and drive up to the cash register at the large big top canopy.

Courtney Arts and Crafts, located in Bldg. 4453 across from Ironworks Fitness Center, is open Thursday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Browse unique merchandise and sign up for creative classes, including Clay Shisa making and more. The Woodshop offers all the tools and materials needed to create furniture and wooden projects. First-time users must complete a $10 Woodshop Orientation to earn a Woodshop Certification Card.
Get hands-on every Saturday at 1 p.m. to craft your own traditional Okinawan guardian lion, perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike. Classes are $30 per person, with payment required before class. Register in person or by phone 24 hours prior at 098-954-7492.

Families Overcoming Under Stress (FOCUS) is a family resiliency program that supports families and couples navigating challenges and traumatic stress. Through six to eight sessions, FOCUS helps families manage emotions, improve communication, build on strengths, strengthen bonds, and develop practical problem-solving and goal-setting skills. The program is tailored to meet each family’s unique needs.

The Transition Readiness Program (TRP) helps active-duty service members and their families prepare for separation or retirement from the military.
