The Globe & Anchor Enlisted Lounge, located on the lower level of Ocean Breeze, features a large dance floor and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, making it an ideal location for live entertainment such as DJs, comedy shows, musical performers and bands. On the upper level, Chesty’s SNCO Lounge features a bar, a billiards table and both booth and table-style seating. 

The two-level Ocean Breeze Consolidated Club includes The Veranda restaurant, two banquet rooms, the Northern Breeze and the Southern Breeze and a 118-machine gaming area. The Globe & Anchor Enlisted Lounge features a large dance floor and state-of-the-art sound and lighting. Chesty's Staff NCO Lounge features a bar, billiards, tables and booth seating areas.

Head to Ocean Breeze on Camp Foster for an à la carte breakfast Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 a.m. Enjoy all your favorite classics, including customizable omelets made with farm-fresh eggs and your choice of peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, and American or Swiss cheese. Each omelet is served with golden-fried breakfast potatoes, crispy bacon or sausage, and toast for only $10.

TERRA, located next to Bldg. 1 and the Inns of the Corps (formerly Westpac Lodge) on Camp Foster, offers a wide variety of cuisine under one roof. From “taste of home” comfort foods like smoked brisket and juicy steaks to innovative dishes such as Thai Shrimp Pasta or Pineapple Curry Chicken Salad, TERRA’s revamped menu features old favorites and new options like Nama Ham Flatbread, Australian Burger and Bacon Steak. The restaurant combines ingredients and cooking methods from around the world to create a unique and extraordinary dining experience. 

The Veranda, located inside Ocean Breeze on Camp Foster, is an all-ranks restaurant featuring booth and table seating. It offers a rotating lunch buffet Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Weekday à la carte breakfast is available Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 a.m., while the weekend breakfast buffet is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
